Ma. Elena Guzman Cruz, 64, of Mexico, died April 30, 2024 in Mexico.
Mass will be held Saturday, May 11, at 1 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, with Father Cesar Gomez officiating. Burial will follow in Ochiltree Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Perryton.
Viewing will be Friday, May 10, from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
She was born Dec. 24, 1959 in Apaseo Nieves Zacatecas, Mexico. She lived on a ranch for many years.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Anastacio Guzman; and one sister, Martha Guzman.
She is survived by two sons, Cristobal Salazar of Amarillo and Gustavo Salazar of Chicago, IL; two daughters, Rosa Salazar and Zulema Garcia, both of Perryton; one sister, Leandra Espino of Perryton; two brothers, Ovideo Guzman of El Paso and Pascual Guzman of Perryton; and five grandchildren.
